ROLE OVERVIEW  

This is a unique opportunity for a senior Salesforce Administrator to join a newly created agile team that is building innovative solutions for our patients and providers. This position primarily focuses on Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud modules. This person will attend scrum ceremonies and develop technical solutions. They will participate in the implementation phases as well as the maintenance and development phases as our Salesforce strategy evolves.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are properly defined  
2. Develop solutions that meet the scope and requirements while focusing on scalability and maintainability  
3. Collaborate with QA, product owners, and designers 
4. Create reports, dashboards, and custom report types 
5. Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and permission set groups 
6. Create complex flows utilizing loops, email alerts, and custom actions 
7. Readily share knowledge across the team   
8. Champion best practices, coding standards, and documentation 
9. Participate and engage in all Scrum Ceremonies and regular code reviews 
10. Interface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and sandbox environments 
11. Evolve individual Salesforce certifications and credentials 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

1.  Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred, but not required 
2. 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform   
3. Experience working in an Agile environment following SDLC   
4. Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred 
5. Experience using GitHub as a version control system  
6. Experience with Copado is preferred 
7. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations  
8. Ability to collaborate on projects across stacks and blended teams    
9. Must be data driven, objective, and goal oriented   
10. Effectively communicate and understand project requirements   
11. Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross functionally  
12. Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision 
13. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
