Editorial policy

The Clientell AI team writes and owns the pages on this site. Pages that show a named person (for example, some blog posts) were written by that person. Pages marked “By the Clientell AI team” are written by the team and do not name one author.

We may use AI tools to help draft pages. The team is responsible for what we publish, and AI help never replaces the checking step below.

We check facts about Salesforce and other vendors against the vendor's own pages, such as Salesforce Help and the Salesforce developer docs. If we cannot find a source for a claim, we reword it to something we can check, or we remove it. Pages show a date for when they were last updated or checked. We can still make mistakes, so please tell us if you spot one.

We make Clientell AI, the AI agent for Salesforce admins. Pages that compare tools say so. We describe other tools using their own public pages, and we do not claim to be the best at everything.

Our first choice is the vendor's own documentation: help.salesforce.com, developer.salesforce.com and the vendor's pricing and product pages. We do not use unnamed sources, and we do not invent customer quotes or numbers.

If you find a mistake, email hello@getclientell.com with the page address and what is wrong. We fix confirmed errors and update the date on the page.

We try to re-check pages when Salesforce ships a release (three times a year), when a vendor changes pricing or features, and when a reader reports an error. We cannot promise that every page is updated the day something changes. The date on a page is the last time the content was checked or changed, not the day you opened it.
