Salesforce Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Salesforce Administrator – Consumer Platforms, you will administer, optimize, and evolve the Salesforce platform that powers Jackson Family Wines' growing Direct-to-Consumer business.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will partner across Product, Technology, and business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operations, enhance consumer experiences, and support digital growth. This role plays a key part in driving platform adoption, automation, data quality, and continuous improvement across our Salesforce ecosystem.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:  

1. Administer Salesforce users, security, roles, permission sets, licenses, and platform configuration.
2. Configure and maintain Salesforce using Flow, Lightning pages, record types, reports, dashboards, and other declarative platform tools.
3. Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
4. Support enhancements across Salesforce and integrated consumer platforms, including Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Order Management.
5. Drive platform adoption through user support, training, documentation, and change management.
6. Monitor platform health, data quality, security, and user adoption while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in release planning, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality platform delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education  

1. 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
2. Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flow, security, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
3. Experience gathering business requirements, supporting users, documenting solutions, and managing platform enhancements.
4. Salesforce Certified Administrator.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification.
2. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Order Management.
3. Experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer, ecommerce, customer service, loyalty, or subscription businesses.
4. Experience with integrated enterprise platforms such as POS, PIM, DAM, ERP, or customer data platforms.
5. Experience with Agile product delivery, release management, governance, AI, automation, or personalization initiatives.

LOCATION:

This position is eligible for either in-person work from our Santa Rosa, California, office or remote work from one of the following states: California, Oregon, New Jersey, Texas, or Washington.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY: The annual salary for this role ranges from $98,000-$125,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
