Position Responsibilities
▪ Administer and enhance our Salesforce environment to align with evolving business goals.
▪ Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce platform, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions.
▪ Build, test and deploy declarative solutions using flows, validation rules and other Salesforce automation tools.
▪ Manage reports and dashboards.
▪ Perform system maintenance, data cleaning and backups to ensure accuracy and integrity.
▪ Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, implement new features.
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues; support development of custom applications as needed.
▪ Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
Qualifications and Experience Required
▪ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
▪ 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
▪ Experience with Managed packages.
▪ Salesforce Admin certification required. Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder is a plus.
▪ Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionality and best practices.
▪ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
▪ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Desire to interact with and help end users.
▪ Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests.
