Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer at Snap Finance, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that power our customer and partner experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and business stakeholders—to customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs. This is a hands-on development role where you'll build high-quality, secure, and maintainable code while contributing to the long-term growth of our Salesforce platform.

How you'll make an impact:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
2. Build modern, user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom components.
3. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
4. Develop and customize Experience Cloud portals/sites for customers and partners.
5. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
6. Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce-native tools.
7. Maintain data integrity and performance through efficient data modeling, triggers, and batch processes.
8. Collaborate with admins, architects, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
9. Stay current on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies, proactively recommending improvements.
10. Document technical solutions and provide support for deployed applications.

What you'll need to succeed:

1. 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
2. Hands-on experience designing and customizing Experience Cloud portals/sites.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model.
4. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs. • Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
5. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant certification a plus.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based environments.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What would make you stand out:

1. Experience with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other integration platforms.
2. Knowledge of financial services or consumer lending domain.
3. Familiarity with enterprise data management and ETL tools.
