Aftermarket Salesforce Administrator

Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for an Aftermarket Salesforce Administrator to join our growing organization! This key role will focus on ensuring the timely and effective resolution of customer cases related to Serpa supplied equipment. As an Aftermarket Salesforce Administrator, you will use Salesforce to track, manage, and drive the progression of open cases, ensuring customers are regularly updated and that solutions are delivered in a timely manner. This individual will collaborate with internal teams across departments to resolve issues, address customer concerns, and ultimately drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Manage and monitor all open customer cases in Salesforce, ensuring they are progressing towards resolution in a timely manner.
2. Provide clear and regular communication to customers regarding the status of their cases.
3. Work closely with internal departments to gather information, escalate issues when necessary, and facilitate the delivery of solutions to customers.
4. Identity any roadblocks or delay in case resolution and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure swift resolution.
5. Utilizes Salesforce CRM to log all customer interactions, case notes, and updates to ensure case information is accurate and up to date.
6. Take ownership of the customer experience to ensure all cases are resolved to the customers satisfaction 

Desired Requirements:

1. Proven experience in customer support, case management, or a related role.
2. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to manage and track customer cases.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving case resolution.

Base Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00
