About our Technology Craft
Our Technology craft brings together delivery specialists, architects, engineers, and platform experts who design and implement solutions that help healthcare brands connect with patients and professionals. We focus on delivering scalable, compliant, and user-centered technology across web, CRM, data, and engagement platforms while partnering closely with PMO and cross-functional teams to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
This role guides the delivery of complex technology solutions across web, CRM, and omnichannel ecosystems. The Associate Director acts as a bridge between technology and delivery teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and launched with clarity, quality, and operational consistency. The role partners across technology crafts, PMO, and client teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that support healthcare brands and their audiences.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $130,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience. This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick.
