This Salesforce Administrator position is responsible for maintaining and expanding Samba TV’s Salesforce instance. Candidates will be responsible for scoping and solving internal operational deficiencies by implementing SFDC solutions across our Global go-to-market teams. Communication and documentation are vital in succeeding in this role, as it is an internal-facing position that interacts with people at all levels and across all functions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Go-to-Market Leaders to understand the needs of the business and devise Salesforce solutions to ease the operations of Sales and Customer Support Teams
2. Keep up to date with new SFDC features and releases to use all tools at our disposal and optimize builds
3. Work on more complex system customizations and special projects as identified by management
4. Resolving tickets and troubleshooting issues
5. Providing responsive support to maintain user satisfaction
6. Managing critical user lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding and team structure changes
7. Managing roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
8. Implementing changes such as Flows, fields, dashboards, and page layouts.
9. Testing and deploying updates to improve functionality
10. Developing training materials and rolling out new processes
11. Conducting sessions to improve platform adoption
12. Performing data loads and ensuring data accuracy and reliability
13. Supporting larger Salesforce projects, such as integrations and automation
14. Enhancing platform capabilities by refining processes and supporting new initiatives
15. Managing internal/external Salesforce resources

Requirements

1. Experience as primary Salesforce Administrator
2. Salesforce administration certifications and experience, including Sales Cloud.
3. Expertise with Salesforce configuration changes (e.g., Flows, dashboards).
4. Knowledge and curiosity about the Advertising, Media, Data and Measurement landscape much preferred but not required
5. Ability to partner with Go-to-Market, Finance and Executive Leadership
6. Experience with Claude AI, including building custom skills, using Claude Cowork as an efficiency tool, and leveraging it as a Go-to-Market resource
7. Willingness to accommodate internal stakeholders that work across multiple time zones
8. Experience with Salesforce Forecasting module
9. Bachelor's Degree
10. Experience with Google Workspace, JIRA, Slack

$120,000 - $130,000 a year

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $120,000 - $130,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
